Secretary" and "approved by the Secretary" are
deleted as unnecessary in light of the broad
authority of the Secretary under § 10-203 of this
subtitle.

In paragraph (3) of this subsection, the words
"in the Administration" are added for clarity.

Also in paragraph (3) of this subsection, the
former reference "that he deems appropriate" is
deleted as unnecessary in light of the word
"may".

(D)  ANNUAL REPORTS.

(1)  THE DIRECTOR SHALL SUBMIT TO THE GOVERNOR
AND THE SECRETARY AN ANNUAL REPORT ON THE ACTIVITIES OF THE
ADMINISTRATION.

(2)  THE REPORT SHALL BE IN THE FORM AND CONTAIN
THE INFORMATION THAT THE GOVERNOR REQUIRES.

(E)  FACILITIES.

THE DIRECTOR SHALL PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE CARE AND
