deleted as unnecessary in light of the broad
authority of the Secretary under § 10-203 of this
subtitle.

In paragraph (3) of this subsection, the words
"in the Administration" are added for clarity.

Also in paragraph (3) of this subsection, the
former reference "that he deems appropriate" is
deleted as unnecessary in light of the word
"may".

(2)  THE REPORT SHALL BE IN THE FORM AND CONTAIN
THE INFORMATION THAT THE GOVERNOR REQUIRES.

(E)  FACILITIES.

without substantive change from the second clause
of former Article 43, § 1B, as that clause
related to facilities for the "mentally ill".

The former words "inpatient" and "outpatient" are
deleted as unnecessary in light of the use of the
defined term "facilit{ies}".
