VETOES

This bill authorizes the creation of a State Debt to be
used to finance the construction or renovation of certain
public school buildings and facilities by the County Boards
of Education.

House Bill 1824, which was passed by the General
Assembly and signed by me on June 1, 1982, accomplishes the
same purpose. Therefore it is not necessary for me to sign
Senate Bill 1050.

AN ACT concerning

State Vehicles - Allocation of Use

FOR the purpose of altering the criteria for allocation of
state-owned motor vehicles for use by State employees ;

and authorizing the Secretary to reassign State

vehicles under certain circumstances.

State-Owned Motor Vehicles - Reassignment

FOR the purpose of providing that the Secretary of Budget
and Fiscal Planning may reassign, on an
interdepartmental basis, state-owned motor vehicles
under certain conditions; and authorizing alternate
criteria for assigning motor vehicles under certain
circumstances.
