House Bill 1346, which was passed by the General
Assembly and signed by me on June 1, 1982, accomplishes the
same purpose. Therefore it is not necessary for me to sign
Senate Bill 770.

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore County - Alcoholic Beverages - Penalties

FOR the purpose of permitting the board of license
commissioners of Baltimore County to impose a certain
fine in addition to suspension or revocation of an
alcoholic beverages license for certain violations of
the licensee.

to be Section 203(a-2)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 203(a-1) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages of the Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to
be Section(s) 203(a-2).

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That section(s)
of the Annotated Code of Maryland read(s) as follows:
