Article) of 1982. Should that measure fail of enactment,
the provisions of Section 2 of this Act are Section 11 of
this Act shall take effect on July 1, 1982, contingent on

the taking effect of Chapter __ of the Acts of 1982 (S.B.

810), and if Chapter does not become effective, Section
11 of this Act is null and void without the need of further
action by the General Assembly.

SECTION 9 14. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
passage of this Act is contingent upon the passage of H.B.

200 (21r____) (Health - General Article) of 1982. Should

that measure fail of enactment, the provisions of Section 7
of this Act are Section 12 of this Act shall take effect
on July 1, 1982, contingent on the taking effect of

Chapter ___ of the Acts of 1982 (H.B.. 200), and if Chapter

___ does not become effective, Section 12 of this Act is

null and void without the need of further action by the
General Assembly.

SECTION 10 15. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That,
subject to Sections 8 13 and 9 14 above, this Act shall
take effect on July 1, 1982.

SECTION 11. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

State Publications Depository and Distribution Program

FOR the purpose of establishing a State Publications
Depository and Distribution Program as part of the
State Library Resource Center; establishing a
Commission to oversee the administration of the
program; requiring State agencies to provide copies of
certain publications; establishing certain procedures
for operation of the system; defining terms; providing
for the superceding of a certain provision of this Act
under certain circumstances; and generally relating to
a depository and distribution system for State
publications.
