The Treasurer shall furnish to the Governor and,
SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, to the General
Assembly on or before January 1 of each year a report on the
activities and operation of the Treasurer's office for the
preceding fiscal year including, but not limited to, a
statement on the interest earned on investments, management
of State funds, and administration of the insurance
programs.
Article 96 1/2 - Veterans
55.
(n) To report annually to the Governor and, SUBJECT TO
ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, TO the General Assembly their
activities during the preceding year together with any
recommendations or requests they deem appropriate to further
the purposes of the Commission.
Article - Agriculture
2-506.
The foundation on or before November 1 of each year,
shall transmit to the governor and, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, §
51 OF THE CODE, to the General Assembly a report of its
proceedings and activity for the preceding fiscal year,
including an inventory of all easements or other interests
in agricultural land and woodland acquired during that time,
and including a report on the condition of the Maryland
Agricultural Land Preservation Fund.

The Secretary shall submit annually, by February 1, a
written report of his inspections and investigations to the
Governor and, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, make
the report available to the General Assembly.
5-704.
(i) The Insurance Fund annually shall make to the
governor and legislature of each party state a report
covering its activities for the preceding year. REPORTS
MADE TO THE MARYLAND GENERAL ASSEMBLY SHALL BE MADE SUBJECT
TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE. The Insurance Fund may
make such additional reports as it may deem desirable.

(b) The Board shall keep a complete record of its
proceedings and shall make an annual report of its
activities and expenditures to the Governor and, SUBJECT TO
ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, TO THE General Assembly by
December 1 of each year.
