Ch. 911

§ 51 OF THE CODE, the Governor shall communicate such
statements and reports to the legislature with such
recommendations as he may think expedient.

681B.

The State Use Industries Advisory Committee shall:

(8) Provide an annual report to the Governor
and, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, TO THE General
Assembly within 90 days of the close of the fiscal year
summarizing the status of State use industries in terms of
paragraphs (1) through (7) above.

745.

(d)  It shall;

(1)  Recommend procedures and methods for the use
of criminal history record information for the purpose of
research, evaluation, and statistical analysis of criminal
activity;

(2)  Recommend any legislation necessary for the
implementation, operation, and maintenance of the criminal
justice information system; and

(3)  Report annually to the Governor and, SUBJECT
TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, TO the General Assembly on
the development and operation of the criminal justice
information system.

Article 27A - Public Defender

11.

On or before the 30th day of September of each year,
the Public Defender shall submit a report to the board of
trustees and, SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 40, § 51 OF THE CODE, to
the Governor and to the General Assembly. The report shall
include pertinent data concerning the operations of the
Office of the Public Defender including: projected needs; a
breakdown of the ' number and type of classes handled and
relative dispositions; recommendations for statutory changes
including changes in the criminal law or court rules as may
be appropriate or necessary for the improvement of the
system of criminal justice and control of crime; and
rehabilitation of offenders.

Article 33 - Election Code

1A-1.

(e)  The State Administrative Board of Election Laws
shall have the following powers and duties, including but
not limited to:
