(2) After application of the proceeds     in

accordance with paragraph (1) of this subsection,      any

remaining balance shall be paid to the owner of     the
property.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County and Montgomery County - Regional

Institution Institutes Institute for Children

and Adolescents

FOR the purpose of establishing providing for a Regional

Institute for Children and Adolescents in Prince

George's County; providing for certain programs for

children and adolescents; providing that certain

persons may be served by the Prince George's County
Institute for a certain limited time; providing that
the Montgomery County Institute may not serve certain
children, except under certain conditions; providing
that the Prince George's County Institute may contract
for certain services; and providing that the institute
Prince George's County Institute shall be operated
pursuant to certain guidelines.

FOR the purpose of establishing a Regional Institute for
Children and Adolescents in Prince George's County;
providing for certain programs for children and
adolescents; providing that children and adolescents
from Charles, Calvert, and St. Mary's counties may
participate in the program under certain conditions;
and providing that the institute shall be operated
pursuant to certain guidelines.
