(G) THE LIDA LEE TALL LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER MAY
RECEIVE AND SPEND ANY GRANT OR GIFT BUDGETED OR PROVIDED FOR
IT.

(A)  THERE IS A LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER AT THE LIDA
LEE TALL SCHOOL THE LIDA LEE TALL LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER
SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE CAMPUS OF TOWSON STATE UNIVERSITY.

(B)  THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE STATE UNIVERSITIES
AND COLLEGES AND THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS SHALL PERMIT THE
EDUCATION COORDINATING COMMITTEE TO LEASE THE LIDA LEE TALL
FACILITIES FOR ONE DOLLAR A YEAR.

SECTION 2. Any AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That any
employee of the Lida Lee Tall School who was a member of a
State retirement or pension system or optional retirement
program on June 30, 1982, and who is continued in employment
at the Lida Lee Tall School by the Education Coordinating
Committee may continue membership in the system to which the
employee belonged. belonged; any employee of the Lida Lee
Tall School who is not a member of a State retirement or
pension system or optional retirement system on June 30,
1982, shall have the option of becoming a member of the
teachers' pension system or the Teachers' Insurance and
Annuity Association, if eligible.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.
