SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That: (1). if

Chapter __of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1982

(H.B. 1802) does not become effective, Sections 1 and 3 of
this Act shall take effect July 1, 1982 and Section 2 of
this Act shall be null and void without the necessity of
further action by the General Assembly; or (2) if Chapter

___of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1982 (H.B. 1802)

takes effect. Sections 2 and 3 of this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1982 and Section 1 of this Act shall be null and
void without the necessity of further action by the General
Assembly.

AN ACT concerning

Bicounty Commissions - Financial Disclosure
PG/MC 1-82

FOR the purpose of requiring the Maryland-National Capital
Park and Planning Commission, the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission, and the Washington Suburban
Transit Commission to adopt certain regulations
relating to financial disclosure; specifying certain
requirements as to the content of the regulations; and
requiring that the regulations be filed with the State
Ethics Commission and certain local governing bodies;
and making structural changes.

BY adding to repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
