SQUAD MAY CONSIDER THE EXISTENCE OF A CRIMINAL CONVICTION IN
DETERMINING WHETHER OR NOT AN APPLICANT WILL BE APPOINTED OR
EMPLOYED.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning
Ethics - Prince George's County--
Board Boards of License Commissioners

FOR the purpose of including members of the Prince George's
County Board of License Commissioners; the chief
inspector and all inspectors of the Board, the
Administrator of the Board, and the Attorney to the
Board in the Maryland Public Ethics Law.
FOR the purpose of specifying that members of the Prince
George's County Board of License Commissioners, and
certain employees of that board, are "local officials"
for the purposes of the Maryland Public Ethics Law; and
providing that members and employees of any other board
of license commissioners may be defined as "local
officials" pursuant to a determination by the local
governing body.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 40A - Maryland Public Ethics Law
