(III) FOR PURPOSES OF THIS PARAGRAPH,
"PETROLEUM PRODUCT" HAS THE SAME MEANING AS INDICATED IN
ARTICLE 56, SECTION 135(J) OF THE CODE.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning
Health Occupation Boards and Commissions -
License, Permit, and Certification Renewal Fees
FOR the purpose of establishing certain license, permit, and
certification renewal fees for certain health
occupation boards under the Department of Health and
Mental Hygiene and the Commission on Medical Discipline
under the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene;
eliminating certain requirements relating to inactive
status registration in the practice of dentistry,
dental hygiene, and podiatry; and directing that
revenues received from the fees established by this Act
shall be utilized for certain purposes.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
