(i) It shall be unlawful for any person, either for
his own use or for the use of any other person, to falsely
represent his age for the purpose of illegally purchasing,
receiving or obtaining any alcoholic beverages. Any person
violating any of the provisions of this subsection shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall
be fined not less than $10 nor more than $20 or imprisoned
for not less than five days nor more than twenty days, or
both, in the discretion of the court.

(j) It shall be unlawful for any person to falsely
represent the age of any person for the purpose of aiding,
assisting or abetting such minor to illegally purchase,
receive or obtain any alcoholic beverages. Any person
violating any of the provisions of this subsection shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall
suffer the penalties prescribed in § 200 of this article.

(k) Nothing in this subsection shall be construed to
apply and be effective within the corporate limits of the
City of Annapolis. In Anne Arundel County outside the
limits of the City of Annapolis any person charged with
selling or furnishing alcoholic beverages to a minor who
establishes to the satisfaction of the court that he used
due caution in an effort to ascertain the age of the minor
and that in the exercise of reasonable caution he was
deceived by the use of documentary evidence, and that for
these reasons he was not able to ascertain that the minor
was in fact a minor, may not be found guilty of selling or
furnishing alcoholic beverages to a minor nor shall he or
the licensee be subject to any penalty or to the suspension
or revocation of the license for this act.

(1) In Harford County any person charged with selling
or furnishing alcoholic beverages to a minor who establishes
to the satisfaction of the court that he used due caution in
an effort to ascertain the age of the minor and that in the
exercise of reasonable caution he was deceived by the use of
documentary evidence, and that for such reasons he was not
able to ascertain that the minor was in fact a minor, shall
not be found guilty of selling or furnishing alcoholic
beverages to a minor nor shall he or the licensee be subject
to any penalty or to the suspension or revocation of the
license for such act.

(m) In Calvert County, it shall be unlawful for any
person under twenty-one years to buy, consume, or to have in
his possession, any alcoholic beverages other than beer and
light wine and for any person under eighteen years to buy,
consume or have on his person beer or light wine in any
public place or on any public highway. It shall be lawful
for any bona fide employee to have alcoholic beverages in
his possession in the course of his employment where the
employment is not prohibited by this article. Any person
