AN ACT concerning

Civil Zoning Violations

FOR the purpose of repealing certain provisions of law
concerning civil zoning violations in St. Mary's
County; providing that the governing body of certain
counties or the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore
City may provide for enforcement of certain local
enactments by civil fines and penalties; establishing
certain uniform procedures to be followed if the
governing body of a county certain counties or the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City provide a
civil penalty for certain zoning violations; providing
for district court jurisdiction to adjudicate certain
civil zoning violations or violations of other local
ordinances in all certain counties and civil violations
of local ordinances in charter counties and Baltimore
City; clarifying certain language; and generally
relating to civil zoning violations of certain local
enactments.
