the subject of other Acts, whether those Acts were signed by
the Governor prior to or after the signing of this Act.

SECTION 4 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That it is the
intent of this Act that the Circuit Court for Baltimore City
is for all purposes to be treated as the circuit court for a
county.

SECTION 5 7. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect January 1, 1983.

Transportation - Excise Tax - Exemption

FOR the purpose of exempting certain vehicles owned by
