or regulation adopted.

10-301.

(c) A person may apply for a hunter's license to the
clerk of the circuit court for any county [or the clerk of
the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City,] or to any
person designated by the Department. The application shall
be on a form the Department prepares and supplies. The
applicant shall fill out, sign, and submit the application
to the court clerk or person designated to issue the
hunter's license. A person may apply by mail.

10-308.

(c) A person may obtain a deer stamp for a fee of
$5.50 from the clerk of the circuit court of any county[, or
the clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City,]
or from any person designated by the Department. A resident
65 years of age or over shall pay $1 for a deer stamp. The
issuing clerk or person designated shall retain the sum of
10 cents as compensation for issuing each stamp. The
balance of the fee is paid over and accounted for in the
same manner as hunter's licenses.

10-308.1.

(c) (1) A person may obtain a Maryland migratory wild
waterfowl stamp for a fee of $3 from the clerk of the
circuit court of any county[, or the clerk of the Court of
Common Pleas of Baltimore City,] or from any person
designated by the Department. The issuing clerk or person
designated shall retain the sum of 10 cents as compensation
for issuing each stamp. The balance of the fee is paid over
and accounted for to the State Treasurer. The Treasurer
shall credit all such fees received to the State Wildlife
Management and Protection Fund, in accordance with § 10-209
of this title.

(2) The Department may sell expired stamps below
face value to the general public for a period of 120 days in
quantities not in excels of 3 sheets, after which time the
Department may sell the entire lot of expired stamps or
previous issues to the highest bidder in lots of 10 sheets.
All revenues derived from the sale of these stamps shall
revert back to the game management fund.

10-1102.

(b) If any fine is imposed by the circuit court of any
county [or the Criminal Court of Baltimore City], the fine,
less the costs of collection, shall be paid to the State
Game Protection Fund, unless otherwise provided for.
