5-501.
(d) (1) Any person aggrieved by the determination of
the Bank Commissioner on a new branch application of a
savings bank may appeal to the circuit court for the county
where the proposed branch is to be located [or, if the
branch is to be located in Baltimore City, to the Baltimore
City Court].

(e)(1) If, without reasonable cause, any person fails
to obey any subpoena issued under this section or, at the
hearing, refuses to be sworn or obey an order to give or
produce evidence required by subpoena, the Board of
Commissioners may commence and, at the request of any party,
shall commence contempt proceedings in [a court of the
Supreme Bench of Baltimore City or] the circuit court of FOR
any county.

(a) Any applicant for a license or any licensee who is
aggrieved by a decision of the Commissioner to deny an
application for or suspend or revoke a license may appeal:
(1) To the circuit court of FOR the county in
which the aggrieved person resides or did business; or
(2) To the CIRCUIT COURT FOR Baltimore City
[Court].

(d)(1) If any person fails to comply with an order or
subpoena of the Commissioner under this subtitle or to
appear as a witness and testify concerning any matter about
which the person may be interrogated under this subtitle,
the Commissioner may file a petition for enforcement with
the circuit court of FOR any county [or an appropriate court
of Baltimore City].

(a) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the
Commissioner to deny an application for a license or to
suspend or revoke a license may appeal to:
(1) The circuit court of FOR the county where
the licensee did or has applied to do business; or
(2) The CIRCUIT COURT FOR Baltimore City
[Court].
