(19) ANY INVESTMENT PERMITTED TO A BANKING
BANKING INSTITUTION IN THIS STATE PROVIDED THAT THE SAME
CONDITIONS ARE MET SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION MEETS THE
CONDITIONS REQUIRED OF AN INVESTING BANKING INSTITUTION; AND

[(19)] (20) Any other investment authorized by
the Board of Commissioners.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Circuit Court for Baltimore City

FOR the purpose of correcting outdated references to the
Supreme Bench of Baltimore City, and those courts which
constituted the Supreme Bench; substituting, references
to the Circuit Court for Baltimore City; repealing an
obsolete provision on employees of the State Division
of Parole and Probation, repealing an obsolete
provision on rules for practice in certain courts in
Baltimore City; deleting an obsolete provision on
informers' fees; deleting unnecessary definitions in
the Natural Resources Article and the Real Property
Article; correcting cross-references; deleting
unnecessary references and removing surplus language;
making stylistic changes; generally providing
throughout the Code for the consolidation of the
Supreme Bench; and providing for the effect,
construction,, and effective date of this Act.
