7-2A-09.
ANY FUNDS THAT BECOME AVAILABLE TO THIS STATE UNDER THE
WAIVER PROVISIONS OF THE OMNIBUS BUDGET RECONCILIATION ACT
OF 1981 SHALL BE DIRECTED FIRST TOWARD PROGRAMS SERVING
INDIVIDUALS IN GROUP HOMES FOR DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED
INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE FUNDING FOR CAPITAL EXPENDITURES UNDER
THE FEDERAL HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 2 of
this Act shall take effect July 1, 1982, contingent on the
taking effect of Chapters___of the Acts of 1982 (H.B. 200
and H.B. 1476) and that, if Section 2 of this Act takes
effect, then Section 1 of this Act shall be null and void
without need for further action by the General Assembly.
However, if Chapters___do not become effective. Section 1
of this Act shall take effect July 1, 1982 and Section 2 of
this Act shall be null and void without need for further
action by the General Assembly.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning
Mobile Home Parks - Law Enforcement
FOR the purpose of requiring the Consumer Protection
Division of the Office of the Attorney General to
enforce certain provisions of law relating to mobile
home parks.
FOR the purpose of providing that certain violations of the
Mobile Home Parks title are within the scope of the
enforcement duties and powers of the Consumer
Protection Division of the Office of the Attorney
General; and providing that certain violations are
within the scope of enforcement duties and powers of
certain State agencies.
