Hunting License Fees

FOR the purpose of altering the fee for a nonresident
hunting license; and altering the terms and conditions
of a certain nonresident waterfowl license.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 10-301(f)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1974 Volume and 1981 Supplement)

SECTION 1, BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:

Article - Natural Resources

10-301.

(f) The fees for hunter's licenses shall be charged in
accordance with the following schedule:

(1)  Resident, under 16 years of age.......$ 5.00

(2)  Resident, 16 years old or older and under 65
years of age.......................................... $10. 00

(3)  Resident, 65 years old or older........$ 1.25

(4)  Nonresident..................[$40.50] $60.50

$45.00 OR A SUM EQUAL TO THAT CHARGED BY THE NONRESIDENT'S
HOME STATE FOR A SIMILAR LICENSE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER

(5)  Complimentary license.................No fee

(6)  Nonresident, waterfowl only, short term
valid for [3 consecutive days from the date of issuance] ANY
3 CONSECUTIVE LEGAL HUNTING DAYS IN A SINGLE SEASON, AS
SPECIFIED ON THE LICENSE BY THE ISSUING CLERK.........$25.00

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.
