THIS PERIOD, THE COURT, ON MOTION OF THE LANDLORD, SHALL
GIVE JUDGMENT IN FAVOR OF THE LANDLORD AND ISSUE A WARRANT
FOR POSSESSION.

(D) UPON FINAL DISPOSITION OF THE ACTION, THE COURT
EXERCISING JURISDICTION SHALL ORDER DISTRIBUTION OF THE RENT
ESCROW ACCOUNT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE JUDGMENT. IF NO
JUDGMENT IS ENTERED, THE COURT SHALL ORDER DISTRIBUTION TO
THE PARTY ENTITLED TO THE RENT ESCROW ACCOUNT AFTER HEARING.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Income Tax - Two-Earner Married Couples -
Addition Modification

FOR the purpose of requiring the inclusion, in computing
income for State income tax purposes, of amounts
deducted under the Internal Revenue Code for two-earner
married couples; deleting obsolete provisions; and
clarifying language.
