is a change in any of these persons during the year, the
change shall be designated on the same form and filed with
the Board within 30 days after the effective date of the
change. If all of the requirements of this section are met,
the Board shall issue a certificate of authorization to the
corporation or partnership, and the corporation or
partnership may contract for and to collect fees for
architectural services.

(4) A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZATION SHALL EXPIRE
ON DECEMBER 31 JUNE 30 OF EACH ODD NUMBERED EVEN-NUMBERED
YEAR.

[(4)] (5) No corporation or partnership is
relieved of responsibility for conduct or acts of its
agents, employees or officers by reason of its compliance
with the provisions of this section, nor is any individual
who is practicing architecture as defined in § 516 § 464 OF
THIS SUBTITLE relieved of responsibility for architectural
services performed by reason of his employment or
relationship with such corporation or partnership.

of the Annotated Code of Maryland (as enacted by Chapter 98
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1981) 1981 and

(a)  The Board shall promulgate from time to time a
reasonable schedule of fees and charges for its services.
Such fees and charges may be less than, but shall not
exceed, the amounts indicated for the services listed below:

1.  Issuance of registration — $60.00 $60

2.   [Annual] BIENNIAL renewal of license --
[$35.00] $70

3.  Additional late charge for renewal of
licenses issued more than thirty days after due date for
renewal has expired — $50.00 $85

4.  Certification of authorization -- $50.00 $50.

(b)  An applicant to be tested shall pay an examination
fee that reasonably approximates the cost of administering
the examination, as determined by the board.
