(b) Based upon the classification system established
pursuant to (a) and after July 1, 1975, the monthly rate for
boarding care of children paid by the Department of Human
Resources for children in need of the care described in the
classification which is given the most demanding type of
care provided in single family homes may not be less than
the monthly rate for care purchased in a single family home
by the [Department of] STATE Juvenile Services
ADMINISTRATION. This rate may not be lower than that paid
in fiscal year 1975.

The Department shall collect, analyze, and disseminate
information relative to the occurrence of motor vehicle
accidents within the State. The Motor Vehicle
Administration, [the] State Highway Administration, [the
Department of] STATE Postmortem Examiners COMMISSION,
commissions concerned with highway safety, and [all]
law-enforcement agencies of the State shall furnish
information relative to such accidents at such times and in
such form as may be prescribed by rule of the
Superintendent.

(a) The Commissioner shall exercise all rights,
powers, duties, obligations, and functions transferred to
him from the following provisions of the Annotated Code
relating generally to all areas of railroad safety and
health, safety appliances and equipment on railroad engines
and cars, and the protection of railroad employees and the
public:
(1) [Article 43, §§ 2A, 229, and 243] § 11-204
OF THE HEALTH ENVIRONMENTAL ARTICLE.
