(c) The Director on Aging shall set guidelines for
nursing home administrators with regard to funeral and
burial arrangements for unclaimed deceased nursing home
residents with the cooperation of the STATE Anatomy Board.
The guidelines shall be consistent with [§ 159 of Article 43
of the Code] § 5-406 OF THE HEALTH - GENERAL ARTICLE.

(a) All providers licensed under [Articles 43 or]
ARTICLE 70B OF THE CODE OR THE HEALTH - GENERAL ARTICLE who
intend to offer continuing care agreements and who have not
acquired the necessary facilities for providing continuing
care by the effective date of the rules shall file with the
Office on Aging a statement of intent to provide continuing
care and shall provide the same information as required
under § 10 for application of a certificate of registration.

Any operation subject to the provisions of this
subtitle shall not be subject to the provisions of the
Health Maintenance Organization Act of [Article 43] THE
HEALTH - GENERAL ARTICLE, Article 48A, except § 470N, or
Title 8 of the Real Property Article of the Maryland
Annotated Code. Under § 470N of Article 48A, the liability
of the provider to the State Department of Health and Mental
Hygiene shall be limited to the amount of money which would
be due as a refund if the subscriber were dismissed under §
15 at the time of enrollment in services rendered by, or
paid in full or in part by the State Department of Health
and Mental Hygiene.

(c) The custodian shall deny the right of inspection
of the following records or any portion thereof, unless
otherwise provided by law:
(i) Medical, psychological, and sociological
data on individual persons, exclusive of [coroners'] autopsy
reports OF A MEDICAL EXAMINER;

(a) After July 1, 1972, an electric company, as
defined in Article 78, § 2(f), in order to obtain the
certificate of public convenience and necessity as required
by § 54A of this article for construction to begin after
