dollars, for every day or part of every day that such
employer shall employ such workman. And any person or firm
not engaged in the plumbing business in this State, and the
superintendent, manager, agent or other officer of any
corporation not engaged in the plumbing business in this
State, who shall employ any person to do plumbing work in
this State, knowing the person so employed is not qualified
to work at the plumbing business as required by this
subtitle of this article, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than
ten dollars, nor more than fifty dollars, for every day or
part of every day that such employer shall so employ such
workman.

[328.] 448.

It shall not be lawful for any person, firm or
corporation to advertise himself or itself as a "master
plumber" or "registered plumber" unless such person, or
someone associated with such firm or corporation is a master
plumber and has been issued a certificate of competency as
provided in [§§ 329, 334 and 335] §§ 449, 455, AND 456 of
this article and in the case of plumbing advertisements in
firm or corporate names, all such advertisements shall
contain the name of a person associated therewith who is a
master plumber. Any person, firm or corporation and the
members, officers, or agents of such firm or corporation
violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be fined not less
than five dollars, nor more than fifty dollars, for every
day or every part of every day that said violation
continues. The provisions of this section shall be
applicable only within Baltimore City. Provided, that this
section shall not extend to any persons licensed under the
provisions of [§§ 8-601 through 8-614 of the Natural
Resources Article of the Annotated Code] TITLE 21 OF THE
HEALTH OCCUPATIONS ARTICLE.

[331.] 451.

The money received under the provisions of [§ 330] §
450 shall be paid over to the Treasurer and shall become
general funds of the State. Such moneys shall thereafter be
disbursed by the Comptroller only pursuant to an
appropriation made in accordance with §§ 32 and 52 of
Article 3 of the Constitution or pursuant to the provisions
of §§ 1 through 15, inclusive, of Article 15A of this Code,
title "Budget and Procurement," as amended from time to
time.

[332.] 452.

Said Commissioners shall hold their several offices for
the period of two years, commencing the first day of May,
1910, and thereafter until their successors have been
