substituted for the ambiguous     reference     to
"input".

alcoholism plan", to conform to other references
in this title.

PART I. STATE REQUIREMENTS.

8-401. STATE PLAN.

(A)  PERIODIC REVISION.

THE ADMINISTRATION PERIODICALLY SHALL ADVISE THE
GOVERNOR ON THE STATE COMPREHENSIVE INTOXICATION AND
ALCOHOLISM CONTROL PLAN TO BE INCLUDED AS PART OF THE STATE
PLAN FOR HEALTH PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT UNDER TITLE 19,
SUBTITLE 1 OF THIS ARTICLE.

(B)  CONSULTATIONS AND COOPERATION.

IN DEVELOPING PROPOSALS FOR REVISING THE STATE PLAN,
THE ADMINISTRATION SHALL CONSULT AND COLLABORATE WITH:

ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS;

THE SALVATION ARMY AND OTHER COMMUNITY

STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES;

THE LEGAL PROFESSION;

THE CLERGY;

PUBLIC AND PRIVATE HOSPITALS;

VOLUNTARY COMMUNITY HEALTH AND WELFARE
