4114 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 767 (A) THE WSSC MAY: (1) ENTER ON A PUBLIC ROADWAY TO INSTALL, (2) CONSTRUCT A WATER MAIN, SEWER, OR DRAIN OR (I) IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, WITHOUT THE (II) IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, SUBJECT TO THE THIS TITLE. (B) IF A PUBLIC ROADWAY IS TO BE DISTURBED, THE WSSC SHALL: (1) NOTIFY THE STATE, COUNTY, OR MUNICIPALITY PLANS; (2) REPAIR AND LEAVE THE PUBLIC ROADWAY IN THE (3) BEAR ALL COSTS FOR RETURNING THE PUBLIC 10-102. Special Right of Entry Procedures in Montgomery (A) IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, THE COUNTY EXECUTIVE AND (B) THE RULES AND REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY THE COUNTY (1) MAY NOT BE INCONSISTENT WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS TITLE; (2) SHALL BE ADOPTED AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE (3) SUBJECT TO REASONABLE PROVISIONS FOR CONTROL |
