known as Kings Valley Road, Kingstead Road and Cedar Heights
Road, to the center line of Watkins Road, thence in a
southerly direction and at right angles to Watkins Road, to
a point 300 feet south of the south line of Watkins Road,
thence in a generally southeasterly direction, south of,
parallel to and 300 feet distant from the south and
southwest line of Watkins Road, to the centerline of Wildcat
Road, also known as John King Road, thence in a
southeasterly direction at right angles to Wildcat Road, to
a point 300 feet southeast of the southeast line of Wildcat
Road, thence in a generally easterly direction, south of,
parallel to, and 300 feet distant from the south line of
Wildcat Road, to a point 300 feet west of, and at right
angles to the west line of Woodfield Road, Route 124, thence
in a generally southerly direction, west of, parallel to and
300 feet distant from the west line of Woodfield Road, to a
point 300 feet north of, and at right angles to the north
line of the Laytonsville-Goshen Road, Route 420, thence in
a generally westerly direction, north of, parallel to, and
300 feet distant from the north line of the
Laytonsville-Goshen Road, to a point opposite and at right
angles to a point in the centerline of Brink Road, 500 feet
measured southwesterly along the centerline of the Brink
Road from the intersection of the centerline of Brink Road
with the centerline of Goshen Road, thence in a southerly
direction and at right angles to Brink Road to a point south
of and 300 feet distant from the south line of Brink Road,
thence in an easterly direction, south of, parallel to and
300 feet distant from the south line of Brink Road to a
point; 300 feet south of and at right angles to the south
line of Goshen Road, thence in a generally southerly
direction, west of, parallel to and 300 feet distant from
the west line of Goshen Road to the center of Cabin Branch,
thence in an easterly direction with the center of Cabin
Branch to a point 300 feet east of and at right angles to
the east line of Goshen Road, thence in a northerly
direction, east of, parallel to and 300 feet distant from
the east line of Goshen Road approximately 5000 feet to the
south right of way line of the Potomac Electric Power
Company's transmission line, thence in an easterly direction
with the south right of way line of the transmission line to
the point of beginning.
(b) The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to include the two
latter areas above described and the areas shall be subject
to all the rules and regulations of the commission and all
provisions of law relating to the district, including taxes
and other sums or charges levied by the commission in other
parts of the district, and the jurisdiction of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is hereby extended
to the above described rural water area and the area shall
be subject to all rules and regulations of the commission
