the line between the Polinger and Montgomery Junior College
lands thence along that dividing line in a westerly and
southerly direction to intersect the line between the
Polinger Tract and the northerly line of Woodley Gardens and
the northerly line of the city limits of the City of
Rockville thence along the dividing line between the city
limits and the lines of the Polinger Tract in a westerly and
northerly direction to the dividing line between the lands
of Jerome Scheffres and the Polinger Tract thence along the
dividing line and leaving the city limit line in an easterly
and northerly direction to intersect the line of the land of
W. Lawson King, Jerome Scheffres, and the Polinger Tract
thence on the dividing line between the tracts in a
northerly direction to point in Fields Road thence along
the line of Fields Road in a westerly direction to intersect
the southerly line of the lands of W. Lawson King and Julian
A. Ray and the limit lines of the City of Rockville thence
along the dividing line between the parties and J.E. troth
in an easterly direction to the dividing line between the
lines of King and Zetts Subdivision thence in a westerly
direction along the southerly line of the Zetts subdivision
to intersect the existing boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District, thence in a generally
southeasterly direction with and along the existing boundary
of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the point of
beginning.
(b) The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby -extended to include the area
above described and that area shall be subject to all the
rules and regulations of the commission and all provisions
of law relating to the district, including taxes and other
sums or charges levied by the commission in other parts of
that district; provided, however, that should any pumping
station be erected, constructed, or installed to service the
aforementioned tract or tracts the same shall be
constructed, erected, or installed at the sole cost of the
developers or owners of the tract or tracts and not at the
expense of the commission or of any other governmental
authority or agency.

(a) The area herein described is hereby added to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District created by chapter 122
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918: All the
remaining portion and area of Prince George's County which
is not now a part of the sanitary district or has not
heretofore been added to the sanitary district, except that
part of the City of Bowie, as that municipality's corporate
boundary existed on January 1, 1966, which is not already
within the sanitary district, it being the intention of this
section to leave unaffected the portion of the City of Bowie
heretofore added to the sanitary district but to continue to
exclude from the district the remaining part of the City of
