L. Perry to the end of the first deed line, thence in a
generally northeasterly direction with and along the fifth
or north 52° east, 162 perch line of a deed from J. Windsor
Davis, et ux, to Harry H. Fraley, et ux, dated December 9,
1949 and recorded among the aforesaid land records in liber
1329 at folio 358, to the end thereof, thence in a generally
southerly direction in a straight line to a point on the
existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, that point being 500 feet west of the west side of
the Bowie Mill Road and 500 feet north of the north side of
the Bowie Mill Road where the road makes a right angle bend,
approximately 6000 feet north of the road from Redland to
Norbeck, thence in a generally southerly and westerly
direction with and along the existing boundary of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the point of
beginning.
(b) The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to include the area
above described and the area shall be subject to all the
rules and regulations of the commission and all provisions
of law relating to the district, including taxes and other
sums or charges levied by the commission in other parts of
the district.

(a) The area herein described is hereby added to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District created by chapter 122
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918: All that area
in the Piscataway and Brandywine election districts of
Prince George's County within the following described
boundaries: Beginning for the same at a point on the
existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, that point being at the intersection of the
centerline of Piney Creek with the centerline of Piscataway
Creek and running thence in a generally easterly direction
with and along the centerline of Piscataway Creek to a point
east of, at right angles to and 200 feet distant from the
east side of the New Branch Avenue or Route 5, thence in a
generally southerly direction east of, parallel to and 200
feet distant from the east side of the New Branch Avenue or
Route 5, to a point on the northwest right of way line of
Crain Highway, U. S. Route 301, thence in a generally
southeasterly direction, at right angles to the southbound
lane of Crain Highway, U. S. Route 301, to a point east of,
at right angles to and 200 feet distant from the east side
of said Grain Highway, U. S. Route 301, thence in a
generally southerly direction, east of, parallel to and 200
feet distant from the east side of Crain Highway, U. S.
Route 301, to Mattawoman Creek, the boundary between Prince
George's and Charles counties, thence in a generally
westerly and northerly direction with and along the boundary
between Prince George's and Charles counties to the
Maryland-Virginia boundary line, thence in a generally
