feet line of the "Russell and Brooks Addition to
Gaithersburg" to the northeast corner of lot 31, block 4 of
the subdivision, thence to a point in the middle of Summit
Avenue (Goshen Road) the point being the north end of the
third or north 13° 08' west 123.64 feet line of the
conveyance from Lory E. Secrist to Jesse M. Day as recorded
among the land records of Montgomery County, Maryland in
liber 785, folio 111, thence with the fourth or south 73°
58' 30" east 906.8 feet line of the conveyance to Jesse M.
Day to a point 200 feet distant from and at right angles to
the east side of Summit Avenue, thence in a generally
southerly direction east of, parallel to and 200 feet
distant from the east side of Summit Avenue to intersect the
corporate limits of the Town of Gaithersburg, the point
being on the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District, thence in a generally northwesterly
direction with the corporate limits of the Town of
Gaithersburg and the existing boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District to the point of beginning.

(g) Certain parcels of land in the Seabrooke area
described as follows: All of blocks A, B, C, D, P, Q and R
in the subdivision known as Seabrooke and all of blocks J
and M in the subdivision known as Halliewood, as shown on
plats thereof recorded among the land records of Prince
George's County, the blocks lying east of Railroad Avenue
and west of Emack Street and the line of Sherman Park, and a
tract of land bounded on the west by Railroad Avenue, on the
north by block M, on the east by Sherman Park and on the
south by the Defense Highway.

(a)  The Washington Suburban Sanitary District and the
jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission,
its duties, authority and powers, are hereby extended to
include the following additional areas:

(b)  All of that part of Bowie, Lanham, Kent and Queen
Anne Election Districts in Prince George's County within the
following metes and bounds: Beginning at the intersection of
Good Luck Road and Telegraph Road in Lanham District of
Prince George's County, the point being on the existing
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District and
running, thence at right angles to Good Luck Road to a point
north of and 200 feet distant from the north side of Good
Luck Road, thence in a generally northeasterly direction
north of, parallel to and 200 feet distant from the north
side of Good Luck Road to the southern boundary of the
United States Government property known as the Agricultural
Research Center, thence in a generally northeasterly
direction with the southeasterly boundary of the
Agricultural Research Center property to the west side of
the Fairspring-Springfield-Hill Road, thence in a generally
northwesterly direction with the west side of the
