Brookeville Pike at the Manor Club 500 feet; thence in a
generally easterly direction, and crossing the road between
Layhill and Norwood, 500 feet distant from and parallel to
the north side of the road running between Layhill and the
Colesville-Ashton Road (U. S. Highway Route No. 29) at
Lechlider's Corner to a point 500 feet west of and at right
angles to Colesville-Ashton Road; thence in a generally
northerly and northeasterly direction west of, parallel to
and 500 feet distant from the west line of Colesville-Ashton
Road to a point opposite the intersection of the center line
of the Colesville-Ashton Road with the center line of the
Burtonsville-Ashton Road at Brown's Corner; thence at right
angles to the Colesville-Ashton Road to a point on the north
line of the road running between Spencerville and Brown's
Corner; thence at right angles to the road running between
Spencerville and Brown's Corner in a generally northeasterly
direction 500 feet; thence in a generally southeasterly
direction 500 feet distant from, north of and parallel to
the north side of the road running between Ashton and Laurel

boundary in a southwesterly direction to the existing

The area of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District
within Montgomery County and the jurisdiction of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, its duties,
authority and powers are hereby extended to include that
additional territory within the following designated and
described boundaries: Beginning for the same at the end of
the second line of the addition to the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District described in section 990C, chapter 140, of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1937, and
running thence westerly and northerly with the outlines of
the lands of Frances A. Hufty as recorded among the land
records of Montgomery County, Maryland, in liber 727 at
folio 197, to a point on the south side of the River Road;
thence with the south side of the River Road in a westerly
direction to its intersection with the southerly
prolongation of the north line of Burdette Road, formerly
known as New Cut Road; thence in a northeasterly direction
crossing River Road and running with the west line of
Burdette Road to the corner designated as stone no. 1 on the
plat of subdivision of the Haney tract, Bradley Hills, as
recorded among the land records of Montgomery County in plat
book no. 2, as plat no. 192; thence reversely with the south
63° 02' east line of the subdivision to stone no. 3 as
indicated on the plat; thence still with the outlines of the
subdivision and the north 15° 15' east 672 foot line thereof
to a corner designated as a poplar tree on the plat, the
