George's-Montgomery County line at the point where it
crosses the present northern boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District, thence northeasterly along the
line to the dividing line between Election District No. 1
(Vansville) and Election District No. 21 (Berwyn), thence
southeasterly along the line to the Little Paint Branch,
thence south along the present boundary line of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the Metzerott Road,
thence west with the boundary line to the point of beginning
at the Montgomery County line. The purpose of this section
is to include all of the remaining area of the Berwyn or
21st Election District of Prince George's County which lies
west of the Baltimore-Washington Boulevard and which has not
heretofore been included in the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, and in addition thereto the following area:
Beginning at a point on the existing south boundary of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District along the south
boundary of Seat Pleasant Election District No. 18, the
beginning point being the intersection of a line drawn due
north from the northeast corner of the property of District
Heights Company, as described in a deed dated February 19,
1925, and recorded March 3, 1925, in liber 233, at folio
116, one of the land records of Prince George's County,
Maryland, with the south boundary of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District; thence due south to the aforesaid
northeast corner of the property of District Heights Company
as above described; thence following the east and south
boundary lines of the property of District Heights Company
to the Washington-Marlboro Road; thence southwesterly at a
right angle to Washington-Marlboro Road to a point 300 feet
southwesterly from the center of the road; thence by a line
parallel to and 300 feet southwest of the center line of
Washington-Marlboro Road in a northwesterly direction to
intersect a line 2,500 feet southeast of and parallel to the
southeast boundary of the District of Columbia; thence
southwesterly along the line parallel to the boundary of the
District of Columbia to intersect a line 300 feet southwest
of and parallel to the centerline of Livingston Road; thence
by a line 300 feet southwest of and parallel to the center
line of Livingston Road aforesaid in a northwesterly
direction to the southeast boundary of the District of
Columbia; thence along the District of Columbia boundary in
a northeasterly direction to the southwest corner of Seat
Pleasant Election District No. 18, the corner being the
intersection of the District of Columbia boundary with the
present south boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District.

(b) The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission may,
whenever it deems it advisable, construct a water and sewer
system or systems, either or both, in any or all parts of
the territory hereinabove described and the water or sewer
systems or any extensions thereto shall be taken and
considered as a part of the commission's general system and
subject to all of the rules, regulations, assessments and
