(II) NOTICE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING SHALL BE
GIVEN NOT LESS THAN 7 DAYS AND NOT MORE THAN 21 DAYS PRIOR
TO THE DATE OF THE HEARING AND SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN A
NEWSPAPER OF GENERAL CIRCULATION IN THE COUNTY.
(III) THE NOTICE SHALL INCLUDE THE DATE,
TIME AND PLACE OF THE HEARING, THE PURPOSE OF THE
EXPENDITURE, THE ANTICIPATED AMOUNT OF FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED,
AND IF THE EXPENDITURE IS MADE, THE REMAINING BALANCE IN THE
RESERVE FUND FOR PERMANENT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning
Anne Arundel County - Revenue Bonds
for Residential Mortgages
FOR the purpose of authorizing Anne Arundel County to borrow
money and issue revenue bonds for the purpose of
financing the purchase of dwellings by persons with
certain income limitations, and providing certain
legislative findings and legislative purposes, and
generally relating to the authority and procedures by
which Anne Arundel County may issue revenue bonds to
finance certain dwelling purchases.
