structures, located or to be located in the [said] county,
to provide for the appointment of inspectors for the
enforcement thereof, and to provide penalties for the
violation of [said] THE building code. [Said] THE building
code may incorporate by reference any code or part thereof
proposed by any governmental agency or any trade or
professional association for general distribution in printed
form as a standard model on any subject relating to
construction, maintaining or repairing buildings or
structures[, provided that subsequent amendments to any such
model or standard code, shall not be effective until
specifically incorporated into such building code].

(B) [Provided, however, that all] ALL farm     buildings,

and all other outbuildings, with a cost less than

[$2,500.00] $2,500, shall be exempted from the     provisions
and regulations of [said] THE codes.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Cecil County - County Commissioners

FOR the purpose of providing a method of election of Cecil
County commissioners based upon designated commissioner
districts; providing that a commissioner shall be
elected from each commissioner district; requiring
residency in a commissioner district before a person is
eligible for nomination and election as a county
commissioner; repealing obsolete provisions; and
generally relating to election of county commissioners
in Cecil County.
