(d) With any municipal corporation;

(e) As a postsecondary teacher;

(F) AS A BALTIMORE CITY TEACHER PRIOR TO 1971 ON
VERIFIED LEAVE OF ABSENCE OF NOT MORE THAN 2 YEARS DURATION
SIMILAR IN ALL RESPECTS TO LEAVES OF ABSENCE APPROVED BY THE
BOARDS OF TRUSTEES.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Memorial Stadium Baltimore City - Fireworks - Advertising

FOR the purpose of requiring certain persons who advertise
in written or printed form fireworks displays that are
to be held at Memorial Stadium in Baltimore City to
include in the advertisement certain information about
insurance coverage.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 38A - Fires and Investigations

Section 18

Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:

Article 38A - Fires and Investigations

18.

(A) The State Fire Marshal may grant special permits
for display of fireworks in places where the discharge
