(H) IN CARROLL COUNTY THE ANNUAL SALARIES FOR THE
MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS ARE:

(1)  CHAIRMAN - $1,000; AND

(2)  OTHER MEMBERS - $900.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Social Services - General Public Assistance for
Pregnant Women

FOR the purpose of providing certain public assistance
payments for certain pregnant women; making the
payments contingent on verification of pregnancy and
documentation of prenatal care; providing that the

assistance program for certain pregnant women be

administered in certain political subdivisions in a
certain manner State Administration shall establish all
other eligibility requirements by regulation; and
generally relating to general public assistance for
certain pregnant women in this State.
