AN ACT concerning

Carroll County - Alcoholic Beverages

FOR the purpose of providing in Carroll County that the
Board of License Commissioners is not required to hold
a hearing on the application for a special or temporary
alcoholic beverages license; permitting the holders of
a Class H license to sell alcoholic beverages on
Sundays, between certain hours; and providing a certain
annual salary for members of the Carroll County
Commissioners.
