SECTION 2 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Act shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Maryland Transportation Authority - Budget Appropriations

FOR the purpose of requiring that certain expenditures of

the Maryland Transportation Authority be made in

accordance with certain appropriations in any

applicable budget bill or supplementary appropriation
bill; prohibiting a certain restoration of a certain
reduced appropriation to the Authority; and providing
exception to this Act.

FOR the purpose of requiring that the expenditure of certain
funds transferred from the Maryland Transportation
Authority be subject to certain uses specified to the
Transportation Trust Fund be used as appropriated by
the General Assembly.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
