AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages Number

of Licenses
PG 301-82

FOR the purpose of altering the number of certain classes
and subclasses of alcoholic beverages licenses that may

be issued in Prince George's County; and establishing

the number of racquet ball and tennis club licenses in
Prince George's County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland

(a) The number of licenses of each class of alcoholic
beverage licenses in Prince George's County may not exceed
the following maximum amounts:

Beer license, Class A............................ 20 18

Beer license, Class B............................... 15

Beer license, Class C............................... 5 3
