(d) If the court orders conditional release of an
individual under this section, the individual, State's
Attorney, or department may apply for a change of the
conditions or revocation or extension of the order as
provided in § [12-115(b)] 12-115(F) of this title.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

FOR the purpose of providing that in certain locations in
Carroll County Carroll and Harford Counties a person
may not possess in an open container any alcoholic
beverage; and generally relating to the possession of
open containers of alcoholic beverages in Carroll
County Carroll and Harford Counties; and defining a
certain term.
