for a Class B beer and light wine license; allowing the
Caroline County Court Clerk to grant certain special
licenses on proper application and payment of license
fees; providing for the substitution of officers of
duly licensed establishments; permitting issuance of a
renewal license to survivors of a deceased licensee;
prohibiting licensees from allowing minors
unaccompanied by legal guardians to play games of skill
in their establishment and providing certain penalties;
providing for an inspector for the Caroline County
Board of License Commissioners; and generally
clarifying alcoholic beverages licenses in Caroline
County.

Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) 25(d-2) and (d-3),
and 158(f-2).
