AN ACT concerning

CHAPTER 634

(House Bill 591)

Family Day Care Homes

FOR the purpose of revising the law which governs "family
day care homes"; requiring the Department of Human
Resources to undertake certain duties and adopt certain
regulations; requiring the Department of Health and
Mental Hygiene to undertake certain duties and adopt
certain regulations relating to small group day care
centers; altering the minimum capacity of group day
care centers; and relating generally to family day
care.

Section 32D through 32H, inclusive, to be under the new
