personal property owned by the St. George's Island
Improvement Association, Incorporated and used exclusively
for community or civic purposes[; and (2) for real property
used solely as tobacco barns].

THE LOCAL GOVERNING BODY, BY ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTION,
MAY GRANT A TAX CREDIT AGAINST ANY LOCAL REAL PROPERTY TAXES
LEVIED ON REAL PROPERTY USED SOLELY AS A TOBACCO BARN.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City - Circuit Court - Pensions

FOR the purpose of providing that certain employees of the
Circuit Court for Baltimore City may transfer into the
State Employees' Retirement System or elect to remain
in the Baltimore City Employees Retirement System or
join the Pension System for State Employees; providing
for the payment of certain contributions; and providing
for the effective date of this Act.
