19-222.

Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment
provisions of the Regulatory Programs Evaluation Act of
1978, this title SUBTITLE and all rules and regulations
adopted under this title SUBTITLE shall terminate and be of
no effect after July 1, [1983] 1989.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.
