Maryland the State, or political subdivisions;
clarifying the basis for setting rates, tolls, and
charges; providing that revenue bonds and other
evidence of indebtedness are payable from funds legally
available for that purpose, under certain
circumstances; authorizing the county to make certain
grants of money or county property to the Revenue
Authority for certain uses; authorizing the county to
purchase revenue bonds issued by the Revenue Authority
and providing certain bond priorities; authorizing the
county to establish repayment schedules; providing that
this Act does not limit the county in a certain manner;
repealing a limit on the county's power to convey
title; providing for the , adoption of . alternative
procedures for awarding, contracts by Revenue Authority
resolution; requiring public notification of Authority
resolution; requiring public notification of proposed
resolutions; providing that the authority may adopt
alternative procedures in certain instances; and
generally relating to the Baltimore County Revenue
Authority.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland read(s) as follows:

(b) The authority is hereby granted and shall have and
may exercise all powers necessary or convenient for the
carrying out of the aforesaid purposes, including, but
without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the
following rights and powers:
