7-407. ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.

APPLICANT WHO MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SUBTITLE.

without substantive change from the second
sentence of former Article 59A, § 20(d), except
for the second clause of that sentence, which
related to private group homes.

Although former Article 59A, § 20(d) provided for
the issuance of a license to an applicant who
meets the "requirements of its rules and
regulations", this section is revised to cover
additional statutory requirements of this
subtitle.
