to the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore for renovation
and improvement of the Civic Center in Baltimore City.

(4) There is hereby levied and imposed an annual State
tax on all assessable property in the State in rate and
amount sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on
the bonds as and when due and until paid in full, such
principal to be discharged within fifteen years of the date
of issue of the bonds.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

School Employees - Immunity from Civil Liability

FOR the purpose of granting teachers, guidance counselors,
or members of the administrative or educational staff
of any school immunity from civil liability for
reporting a student under the influence or in
possession of alcoholic beverages or a controlled
dangerous substance under certain circumstances; and
providing that this provision is effective only to a
certain extent.
