[(2)] (II) If representing a State agency
for compensation, the name of the agency, the services
performed, and the consideration.
[(3)] (III) The name of any business
enterprise subject to regulation by a State agency in which
he, his spouse, and his children living with him, together
or separately, own more than 10 percent of the invested
capital or capital stock.
[(4)] (IV) Details of any contractual
relationship with the State or a State agency, including the
subject matter and the consideration.
[(5)] (V) Details of any transaction with
the State involving a monetary consideration, excluding
those enumerated by the Committee in the guidelines
established pursuant to this title.
(2) FOR THE PURPOSES OF PARAGRAPH (1)(I) OF THIS
SUBSECTION, THE COMMITTEE MAY ADOPT PROCEDURES TO KEEP
CONFIDENTIAL THE NAME OF THE PERSON REPRESENTED.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.
