HAGERSTOWN COMPLEX, provided that the

perimeter security at all State.

Correctional facilities in Washington
County shall be at least equivalent to
perimeter security of a State medium
security correctional institution; and
that preference shall be given to

qualified residents living within

Washington County for employment at the

total Division of Correction and
Patuxent Institution prison population
in the Jessup area shall not exceed
3,400 prisoners, computing as follows:]

REPLACEMENT FACILITY FOR THE MARYLAND
HOUSE OF CORRECTION IS AUTHORIZED,
OPENED, AND ACCEPTING PRISONERS, THE

PATUXENT INSTITUTION PRISON POPULATION
IN THE JESSUP AREA MAY NOT EXCEED 3,400
