(III) DETAILS A PLAN FOR ESTABLISHING,
DEVELOPING, AND MAINTAINING A MONITORING SYSTEM FOR
COMMUNITY SERVICES.

(D) POSITIONS AND FUNDS.

TO CARRY OUT THIS SECTION, THE ADMINISTRATION MAY
TRANSFER ANY POSITION OR FUNDS FROM A STATE FACILITY TO ITS
CENTRAL OFFICE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsection (a) of this section is new
language derived without substantive change from
former Article 59A, § 3(p) and revised to apply
to this section since the defined term
"placement" appears only in this section and §
7-706 of this title. See revisor's note to that
section.

Subsections (b) through (d) of this section are
new language derived without substantive change
from former Article 59A, § 19(d) and (e).

In subsections (b) and (d) of this section, the
defined term "State facility" is substituted for
the references to "each State facility referred
to in subsections (a) and (b) of this section"
and to "facilities specified in subsections (a)
and (b)", for brevity.

In subsection (c)(2) and (4)(i) and (ii),
references to the "individual plan{s} of
treatment" is substituted for the references to
"individualized program plan {s}", to conform to
the terminology in § 7-605 of this title.

Subsection (c)(3) of this section is revised so
that the completion date that appeared in former
Article 59A, § 19(d)(2) also applies to former
Article 59A, § 19(d)(3). Similarly, subsection
(c)(4) of this section is revised so that the
completion date that appeared in former Article
59A, § 19(d)(4) also applies to former Article
59A, § 19(d)(5).

In subsection (d) of this section, the phrase
"central office" is substituted for the reference
to the "central administration of the
Administration", for clarity.
